Location was convenient for my needs. the room was spacious and had a kitchen with most necessary utensils. Despite some issues, most of the staff were nice and helpful during my stay, making it somewhat bearable.
The pool and fitness room were closed, with no staff onsite on weekends and evenings. Noise disturbances from other guests affected my sleep, and maintenance issues like burnt-out lightbulbs were not addressed promptly.

My stay at Trellis RTP was fantastic. I checked in smoothly and the room felt clean and cozy. the amenities were in great condition, making it a comfortable 'home away from home' experience. Convenient location near work, spacious room with a nice kitchen area, and quiet surroundings added to the overall enjoyment.
Ice maker didn't work; no housekeeping.
